SCR Altach wins its first test match in preparation for the 2026/2027 season with a 4-0 victory against FC Hörbranz. Coach Ognjen Zarić gives several players the opportunity to show themselves. Erkin Yalcin scores in the 6th minute to take the lead. Subsequently, Tietietta and Massombo set their shots too high. In the 25th minute, Erkin Yalcin increases the score again. Shortly after, there is the first substitution: junior player Nico Helbock replaces the injured Salif Tietietta. SCR Altach dominates the game from the start. Other players like Patrick Greil and captain Lukas Jäger come into play in the second half. The latter scores after about ten minutes after the restart following an attack on the right. Five minutes later, Shingo Nakano is also able to celebrate his first goal in the SCRA jersey. SCR Altach thus successfully completes the first week of preparation. Next week, the next test against FC St. Gallen is already scheduled. The game will be played on Saturday at 4 pm in Widnau. The SCR Altach team is confident going into the new season.
